Real-time operational visibility
Equipment and process status at any moment.
IoT & IIoT Integration Platform
Turn every sensor, device and production line into a secure data stream ready for decisions.
Capability areas
RHF IoT Hub connects diverse equipment and sensors using different protocols to one platform, collects, cleanses and stores the data, and makes it available to analytics, digital twins and management systems. Device and data security is built into the architecture from the start.
Heterogeneous equipment and sensors from different vendors and protocols.
Data that is collected but never reaches analysis or action.
Security risks from connecting operational equipment to networks.
Equipment and process status at any moment.
Condition monitoring and early warnings.
Cleansed, structured data ready for analytics.
Device and data security from the edge to the data center.
Supports common industrial and IoT protocols.
Processes and filters data close to the equipment.
Efficient storage and retrieval of sensor data.
Thresholds and events with instant notifications.
Secure registration, authentication and updates.
Feeds analytics, digital twins and enterprise systems.

Which production-line machines showed abnormal vibration in the last twenty-four hours?
RHF Assistant
Two machines recorded vibration patterns outside the normal range. One shows a rising trend over the past few days, which may indicate bearing wear. I recommend prioritizing a technical inspection of this machine; the vibration trend chart is attached.
Sensitive actions require approval by the responsible person before execution.
Every device has a defined identity and connection authorization, communications are encrypted, and operational networks are separated from office networks. Sending commands to equipment is subject to access levels and approval, and all events are logged for audit.
In many cases older equipment can be connected through industrial gateways and converters; this is assessed during a site visit and technical review.
The storage architecture, from on-premises to hybrid, is designed to fit the security and operational requirements of each organization.
RHF supports architecture design, equipment selection and integration, and hardware supply is defined within the scope of each project.
Next step
In a consultation session, we review the challenges and priorities of your organization and define the right implementation scope for RHF IoT Hub together.
Some capabilities described here are part of the RHF product vision and roadmap; the availability of each capability is confirmed during the solution consultation.
