Lower-risk decisions
Test scenarios before acting in the real world.
Digital Twin Solutions
Test decisions on a digital replica of your assets and processes before making them in the real world.
Capability areas
RHF Digital Twin creates a living digital replica of assets, facilities, production lines or parts of a city, kept current by sensor and system data. Leaders and engineers can monitor conditions, simulate system behavior and evaluate decisions before acting.
Decisions about expensive assets made without a way to test the consequences.
Incomplete visibility into the real condition of complex equipment and facilities.
The high cost of trial and error in the real environment.
Test scenarios before acting in the real world.
Early detection of failure signals.
Find better settings for energy use and capacity.
A common visual language for engineers, leaders and stakeholders.
Digital representation of equipment, facilities and their relationships.
Keeps the model current with sensor and system data.
Evaluates the impact of changes and events before they happen.
Condition analysis and optimal maintenance timing.
Status displayed on 3D models and maps.
What-if questions in natural language.

If pump three at the station is taken offline for repairs, how will network pressure change during peak hours?
RHF Assistant
The simulation shows that with pump three offline, pressure in two outlying zones drops below the target level at peak hours. Temporarily increasing the capacity of the standby pumps largely offsets the drop. I recommend scheduling the repair during off-peak hours.
Sensitive actions require approval by the responsible person before execution.
Operational infrastructure data is protected with the highest security level and network segregation. Simulation results are presented with their model assumptions, and no command is sent from the digital twin to real equipment without human approval and control.
Typically engineering information about assets, operational data and sensor data; exact requirements are defined in a feasibility study.
No. We recommend starting with one high-value asset or process and expanding gradually.
IoT Hub supplies live equipment data, which the digital twin uses for monitoring and simulation.
