Smart City & Field Operations

RHF FieldOps unifies task assignment, dispatch, field reporting, inspections and follow-up for operational teams. Field staff record reports, photos and locations on a mobile app, and managers see a real-time picture of work progress and resources.

Illustrative data

Authorized user

Suggest the nearest available teams for today's incidents in the northern district and prepare the work orders.

RHF Assistant

Available teams have been suggested for each incident based on distance, expertise and remaining capacity. A work order with description, priority and required equipment is ready for each one. Once the supervisor approves, the missions will be dispatched.

Sensitive actions require approval by the responsible person before execution.

06Data governance & trust

Your data, under your control

Field staff locations are visible only during missions and only to authorized roles. Field reports and evidence are time- and location-stamped so they can be relied on, and final dispatch requires supervisor approval.

  • Role-based access
  • Answers referenced to data sources
  • Complete event logging for audit
  • Human approval for sensitive actions
08FAQ

Answers to common questions

Does the field app work offline?

The app is designed to capture data with weak connectivity and synchronizes once a connection is available.

Is FieldOps integrated with CityOS and Citizen 137?

Yes. The platforms are designed to work together, so a citizen request, the field action and the final report form one continuous cycle.

What kinds of operations does it cover?

From urban services and facility maintenance to inspections, repairs and after-sales service; forms and processes are configurable.
